How: By our words and actions we promote honesty, integrity, self-acceptance, purpose, responsibility, perseverance, respect, tolerance, courage and convictions.

We hold ourselves and others accountable to these attitudes and behaviors:

"Seeds"

• I am an equal, a person of special talents and abilities. I don’t run over anybody, and nobody runs over me.
• The words from my mouth are valuable. They are few, well-chosen and completely honest. When I control my mouth, I control all of me.
• I am ruled by knowledge, not feelings. When my feelings want me to do something, I take control and do what I know is best.
• Giving is good for me. I am always looking for a chance to give. I give what I see a person needs, not what he wants, and I make my giving as secret as possible.
• I feed my mind all that is good, good thoughts, good conversation, good music. I surround myself with friends that encourage me to do good, and I encourage them.
• I don’t judge authorities or rules, I obey them. Even if a rule seems wrong, I obey or willingly accept the consequences.
• I do good no matter what somebody else does. If somebody does me bad, I do him good. If I do somebody bad, I do whatever I can to make it right.
